CryptoTaxAI · Special Event
A free clinic for crypto tax questions during filing season — general education, every answer cited to IRS guidance, and disclaimers printed larger than the ads.
Every tax season, crypto holders open a drawer full of exchange exports and panic quietly. The clinic exists for that drawer: ask the question, get a sourced, plain-language answer organized by category.
General education: what counts as a taxable event, how cost basis is calculated, how loss carryforwards work, what records to keep. Recurring categories become permanent, dated “case file” articles, revised when official guidance changes.
This event provides general tax information and education. It is not tax, legal, or investment advice for any individual, and it creates no accountant–client relationship. If your situation is complex — large transactions, cross-border activity, an IRS notice — consult a licensed tax professional. The organizer is not responsible for personal filing decisions made on the basis of general information.
Questions are anonymized before anything is shown publicly — every identifying detail is removed. Raw questions are deleted within 60 days after the event ends. Mid-season and at closing, we publish only category counts: what filers actually asked, in aggregate.

In an industry that usually prints its disclaimers smallest, ours are the headline. That is deliberate.
